    Inspired by the art of food and the mission of Housing Works, Executive Chef Paul Buese found the perfect marriage of these ideologies at The Works Catering. He received an AOS from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 2004. Additionally, he brings to the table his experiences chefing in the Bay Area, Park City and Salt Lake City, south Florida, and New York City. Paul is excited to create the perfect food to complete your dream event.
